This assessment is divided into three phases:

• Phase 1 “Set Up”: Provide information about yourself and your company. This ensures a more precise analysis and lets us send the final report to your email.
• Phase 2 “Surveys”: Complete a series of surveys designed to assess your strategic foresight maturity level. The surveys are divided into three categories: Capability Development, Proactive Adaptation, and Institutionalization of Foresight. The number of questions you receive (from 12 to 58) will be tailored to your maturity level, with more or fewer questions presented accordingly.
• Phase 3 “Analysis”: Analyse your answers and comments with the support of our trained AI assistant. You can interact with our assistant to ask for clarifications or recommendations.

After completing the Phase 3, we will prepare a personalized report.

• Conclusion: The conclusion of the analysis will be sent to your email at the end of the assessment for free.
• Summary Report: This report summarises the key findings based on your answers.
• Advanced Report: This report offers additional insights, including recommendations, an action plan, and a benchmark with other participants.
