This online course is to help students and young professionals to understand and develop their managerial leadership in their (future) organizations.
Developing leadership skills is important in any public, private, and social sector organizations, as well as to small, medium or large organizations, and across different industry sectors.
This course highlights the leadership traits, skills, and tools necessary to become a leader in any organization.
By taking this course:
- You will understand what type of “leader” is your direct manager, or your CEO, and why they are acting as they do. This observation will help you to understand better what they are expecting from you. This will help you to improve your attitude in front of your manager and deliver a better job inline with the strategy of your CEO.
- You will also understand yourself better, and identify which traits of a “leader” you have. You will then shape yourself to complete these traits and become a better manager, and a “leader” in your team.
This course can be taken as a self-paced course or as a blended course in coordination with a Professor.
