Faculty Development Programme in France
INREGU proposes to leaders and aspiring leaders in the education industry a 4-week blended programme to develop their strategic foresight leadership and create an innovative strategy for their institution.
What can we say about the future of education? It is not very predictable but also not completely unknown. The objective of this workshop is to provide an opportunity for executives in the education industry to foresee a plausible future and learn tools and frameworks to develop an innovative strategy for their institutions.
Immerse into the vibrant French culture and enrich your personal skills with our exclusive 4-week blended programme in France (3 sessions online followed by a week in Lyon).
This is an opportunity to discover the beauty of French culture while gaining invaluable insights and perspectives on the future of education.
Designed specifically for leaders in the education industry, this exceptional opportunity seamlessly integrates into a personal development programme, also serving as an opportunity to extend your international network.
DESIGN AN INNOVATIVE EDUCATION STRATEGY
After the recent pandemic, education institutions are looking to get back on track and, importantly, build for the future. Furthermore, with the democratization of disruptive technologies, every executive needs to know how to leverage new technologies and innovate strategically.
This module provides an overview into innovative strategic approaches executives should master in order to swiftly adapt and anticipate to the rapidly evolving environment in which they operate nowadays. Participants will draw on strategic models and frameworks that will better position their education institution to drive attractiveness, business performance and profitability.
CREATE THE FUTURE OF AN EDUCATION INSTITUTION
We will explore the most current challenges in the field of future foresight, namely, the issues related to dealing with uncertainty especially when the future of education is influenced by unexpected and sudden events that impact all sectors whether economic, social, technical, or environmental. Trends in future foresight and planning and their impact will be a prime focus once the context is clear. Senior executives will have the opportunity to develop themselves and explore a comprehensive suite of tools and frameworks to understand and lead the development of an education institution through the future.
This module reviews a step-by-step approach for translating a vision into a strategic plan that teams can align around and commit to.
